No one could have imagined the glory that the Lord had preserved for 30th August 2026.
While many were still enjoying the comfort of their beds at 6:00 a.m., the main auditorium at Holy City Entebbe was already overflowing with guests from all over the world. You may wonder why they arrived so early. The answer is simple: in the presence of God, every minute counts.
The day began with beautiful hymns from the extraordinary Holy City Choir. With every melody, they set the atmosphere for the day, offering sincere worship to God. Surely, the angels must have felt welcomed by such a beautiful offering of praise.
We were then welcomed by the amazing Evangelists, who led us through a powerful session of prayer, preparing our hearts to receive what the Sovereign Lord had in store for us.
The day was truly bright. The atmosphere was light, with no sense of tension or heaviness, but rather a deep sense of peace and joy. Many who arrived carrying heavy burdens testified of experiencing peace the moment they stepped onto the Holy grounds. Sickness and disease began to give way from the very break of day. It was clear that this was no ordinary Sunday.
Even the entertainment was one for the books.
From children reciting memory verses to adult choirs offering songs of praise, the atmosphere was energetic and colourful. Guests could not simply remain in their seats; many voluntarily got up and joined in with the joy unfolding on stage.
And when it was time to crown the great performances, the Humans of the Lord did not hold back. They danced with all their might, bringing laughter and joy to everyone watching. With the way the Lord responded with glory throughout the day, He must have been pleased as well.
A Heart That Gives
The heart of Christ is one that gives, and in that same spirit, the guests were given an opportunity to donate blood.
The Uganda Red Cross Society set up a camp at Holy City, where they happily received blood donations from willing guests. In appreciation, they also blessed the donors with gifts including salt, basins, snacks and much more.
It was a beautiful reminder that serving God also means being a blessing to others.
The testimony segment alone was a session worth remembering.
The glory of the Lord was revealed through the powerful stories shared by guests who had engaged in the Partnership Program and witnessed remarkable changes in their lives. Through their partnership, they have stood with the ministry in spreading the Gospel to the four corners of the world through sponsoring Ark TV and Christ FM to reach every soul and mind, and they testified of how God had rewarded their faith and commitment to the establishment of His kingdom on earth.
One of the most empowering testimonies came from a woman who had experienced abject poverty for most of her life.
She had done all kinds of petty jobs, she was once a hacker of clothes, a harvest of pineapples in peoples gardens, a market vendor, yet she often struggled to find enough money to afford even a small meal. After visiting Holy City Entebbe, however, something began to change.
She received peace in her heart.
It may sound like a small thing, but imagine living a life where you do not know whether you will survive the next day. That peace gave her the courage to keep going. It gave her the courage to believe that she would eventually come out of her situation.
With time, she was able to raise some money and decided to partner with Jesus Christ.
Since then, her life has never been the same.
A woman who once slept in plantations now owns a mansion; she calls her own. She has apartments that she rents out, multiple businesses and five cars. She testified that she does not lack anything today.
Her testimony was a powerful demonstration of what the compassion of Christ can do.
As she spoke, hearts were stirred. People were uplifted, and many began to understand partnership from a different perspective. They partnered with renewed understanding and a deeper desire to support the spread of the Gospel.
A Demonstration of God’s Power
Soon after, the Holy City Choir returned to usher in the Prophet of God.
As he stepped into the auditorium, he began to minister to the guests of God. One by one, he laid hands on people, commanding sickness and disease to leave and presenting their needs before the Most High.
The atmosphere was charged with faith as people received their healing and deliverance.
The healings and deliverances witnessed that day were unlike anything many had experienced before. This was a different Sunday.
This was Special Sunday.
It was the kind of Sunday where the heavens declared that the Humans of the Lord must be empowered to stand against the powers and principalities of this world and succeed in the name of Jesus.
The Privilege of Serving God
After the great demonstration of God’s power, the Servant of God delivered an enlightening message on the privilege of serving God.
“Serving GOD is the biggest privilege you can ever get. Every tear, every challenge you go through, GOD counts it. He can never allow your tears to fall. The Bible says we should not be troubled for when we serve, we are fulfilling something, we are fulfilling our purpose.”
He reminded the congregation of the words in John 14:
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.”
— John 14:1–2 NKJV
The Servant of God encouraged everyone to honour God in all they do, reminding us that God sees the heart and rewards genuine service.
There are many ways to serve God — participating in church programs, reading the Bible and supporting the work of the ministry. Above all, however, obedience to God remains essential.
He explained that even when we are instructed to do something as simple as fasting and praying, we should obey. Our obedience draws us closer to God and positions us to fulfil our purpose in His kingdom.
Prophetic Mysteries Revealed
The Servant of God then prayed for the congregation. As he prayed, the Holy Spirit revealed several prophetic mysteries and messages that needed to be delivered to the Humans of the Lord.
One of the most outstanding and heartwarming prophetic mysteries concerned a woman who had been battling what she understood to be curses from her family. She believed these had developed into family strongholds that were determined to destroy her marriage.
She confirmed the prophecy and shared that after marrying her husband, she had unexpectedly lost feelings for him. She began to resent him and even hated herself for feeling that way because her husband genuinely loved her, cared for her and their children.
The Man of God told her not to worry. He prayed for her, declared her free and blessed the couple, encouraging them to continue living in happiness and love.
It was a powerful moment of restoration and hope.
The presence of the Lord was tangible throughout the auditorium. The peace and light of the Holy Spirit seemed to fill the atmosphere, and the guests experienced a deep sense of joy and hope.
The day continued with prayer and declarations over the lives of the Humans of the Lord.
The Servant of God prohibited every infirmity, shame and disgrace and declared good health, financial overflow and good assignments over the people.
“You will never lack what to do, you are blessed in the name of Jesus, thank you God of Abraham,” he declared.
And with those words, the day was sealed.
What had begun before sunrise came to a glorious conclusion. The Humans of the Lord began their journey home, carrying with them testimonies, renewed hope, answered prayers and the memories of a truly extraordinary Sunday.
30th August 2026 will be remembered as a Special Sunday — a day of worship, giving, testimonies, healing, prophecy, teaching and the demonstration of the glory of God at Holy City Entebbe.
