Believer’s Authority
I want to teach you something about authority in you that God gave and how effective it can be, how dangerous it can be if you ignore it
If God gives you authority, it means He has put that thing within your means. Then He will not come in and interfere however much it may twist you around He will just look. Because He knows He has given you authority over it
What God has given you authority over, He leaves you to manage it, He does not interfere because He has done His part. He is waiting for the fruits.
That’s why I want you to learn about the believer’s authority. Because you may be limited in many things when you are not meant to be at that level, just because there is a part of you, you are not using
Illustration:
If you have a piece of land and there is a section you don’t care for, it will turn into a bush and other things will dwell in it. Some of them may turn out to be dangerous for you. It’s your thing but you have decided to use a part and ignore a certain part. You don’t mind, since you say I don’t sleep there, I don’t stay there, I don’t need to use it now. Grass will grow there, some trees will come in, some things will dig holes there. Ant hills will come as well and some creatures will dwell in there of which others are dangerous. They will come from there and enter your dwelling place.
When you ignore what God has put before you, it will be used by the enemy to work against you.
You are meant to be at a certain level, but you have not been able to achieve that level just because you have not utilised what is within your means.
God will come in at a level where He knows it’s not now, it’s beyond your means. It’s beyond your authority. There he will come in, like a mighty warrior.
He came, paid a price. He came and went through what was meant to go through, picked the authority from the devil who had taken it away from people and gave it back to man.
He got it from the evil one. He didn’t go with it. He gave it back. He said, behold I give you the keys. What you permit on earth, shall be permitted in Heaven. What you prohibit on earth, shall be prohibited in Heaven. So you start it, before Heaven endorses.
Scripture Reference: Matthew 16:19
And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. And whatever you bind on earth, will be bound in Heaven. And whatever you lose on earth, will be loosed in Heaven.
Yes, behold I give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. What you bind on earth, what you refuse on earth, shall be refused in Heaven.
God cannot intervene not until the human whom He gave authority have permitted Him.
God may not do some things in your life unless you have permitted Him because He gave you the keys. What you permit is what the Heaven will permit. What you prohibit, is what the Heavens will prohibit.

Now if you have some wicked guy, that guy is always mistreating you, doing evil and you submit God will say okay that’s what you want. You have not asked me to engage. It’s within your means to pray to cast out the devil out of that guy, kick the hell out of him or to let the hell stay in him and torment you.
Every situation you go through, before you make cries, try your authority and see. The authority God has put in you.
Sometimes you see me stretching my hand not saying a word. But the devil comes out because he knows I have authority over him. I don’t have to shout.

When you find a traffic officer, he doesn’t have to put a stop check. He stands by the road on his phone, on TikTok, WhatsApp, all of a sudden, he sees you coming. Then he does some work. He stops you. It’s your car, you paid for a road licence. You paid everything but because it’s authorised and authoritative to stop you, he will stop you.
However big you are, even if you are a government official, minister or whatever with your lead car, a traffic officer can stop you to check. “Are the tyres good on this car, Honourable minister?” No one will charge him for that. He is authorised to do that. He has authority to do it
That’s the same way, if God gives you authority over the devil He expects you to make him flee from you.
Because this is a thief who puts a limit on every good thing. Every good thing he puts a limit. He comes to steal, kill and destroy.
So try his authority often
But if you just watch, behave too gently, so religiously, the devil will sit on you and make you miserable. The evil one will take charge and distort you.

Therefore, submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
Therefore, submit to God. meaning believe God. accept the authority He has given you. Resist devil he will flee away from you.
Illustration:
You sleep in your bed and dream they are chasing you, you are not even moving well. You are running and they are coming so badly. It is you to chase them, not them to chase you. You have everything but, in your dreams, they are always chasing you.
In the spirit you are supposed to turn back and throw Fire upon them, not to run away from the devil but the devil to run away from you.
When they are chasing you it means the force pursuing you is a little stronger. When you dream when they are chasing you, you are running but not moving, it means they have assigned a certain force to work against you but it is a little stronger than the efforts you have put in. so, you go into fasting and take authority.
Prayer:
Hosts of Heaven wage war against whatever has risen to fight my blessings. Fire consume it, permanently.
But you just wake up from the sleep, yawn, wonder how bad the sleep has been, shower and go and work. Those are the causes of losing the job, getting chased at the work place, getting sick, losses, the causes that are going to stand as a limitation. You have given the enemy a chance to overcome you.
Yet your soul told you that what is pursuing you now is a little stronger, raise in the Spirit that we may deal with it.
That is what will cause you to fast. Because you now see you need to energise your soul.
Prayer:
LORD Holy Spirit, energise my soul, make it stronger than the evil assigned against me; than the powers of witches and wizards.
When the LORD is there, He is there for your good. When we are preaching Jesus Christ, we are setting you for your destiny. That you may not lose momentum. If God assigned you to live 100 years it is better you live them all not to be cut off by some funny thing. You should live your age as God designed not because somebody has designed something.
The authority of the believer is the Power God has given a human that has believed in Him. That is why He said those who believe in me shall do what I do, even greater things. That even when you fall you are able to rise back.
When Jesus Christ was crucified and killed, they thought that was the end of Him but He rose. Each day we fall but we raise. It does not mean that you have fallen and that is it. God has given you authority to rise again.
You say how?
Start in the spirit. You fell by the spirit, because you ignored it. You can still rise by the spirit because you have empowered it. The Angels are there waiting on you to support you. But they watch not until you say, “Angels, I am given authority over this earth, I refuse to harbour poverty.”
God uses humans, not dogs, goats, chicken, He uses the authority He has given you. If you do not use the authority, He has given you, you will be limited. You will not move at the pace you are supposed to because there are forces assigned to put a hindrance.
James 4:3 ‘Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.’
He did not say submit to God and cry to Him to resist the devil. Submit to God, then resist. It is you to resist the devil then it will flee away from you.
You devil thou shall not control me, then you put hurdles he should not jump.
Submit to God.
Those who submit to the devil are those who cry about it being too hard. They exalt it. Whenever you exalt the pressure / situation before you you have submitted to the devil. He will use it to bog you more.
But submit to God and resist the devil. Believe in God. believing may not have measures. You believe God or not believe. You cannot say I believe half way or quarter way. When you believe, you believe. But faith will have measures. There are those with small faith, those with moderate faith and those with big faith. Nut as long as you believe, much as your faith is as small as a mustard seed and say satan go, it will go.
You do not need big faith to chase the devil. Even as small as a mustard seed, you say satan I command you in the Name of Jesus Christ, go! It will go.
The challenge with believers, they are still contaminated by their old practices, they wonder how to do it. Use the Word. Use the weapons of faith. Speak a word as simple as that.
People think you need to practice rituals for everything. You do not need rituals.
Just put an Altar for the LORD. you do not need an expert to guide you. Just do it the Way the Lord has guided you. Then afterwards, you say, LORD Jesus Christ, this is Your Altar. It is Your dwelling Place in this house. Lord Jesus Christ, I dedicate this Altar to You. He will take it over.
Establish it in a simple way, the faith and belief you have in God, the Grace and Authority you have in you, will make it Powerful.
The authority of a believer on this earth is to manage things. He controls all powers of spirits, you take charge. If you determine things of the spirit then you direct the physical things.
Because there are winds that move to dictate their ways. so, God believes that a believer will do something.
If a wind of stealing overtakes your village and you just watch as a believer, they will steal you and you will complain why they stole you as a believer after tithing and doing everything rightly.
You know there is a spirit of stealing in your village. What have you done about it? Have you cast it out of the village by way of prayer or you knew and minded about yourself?
That is where the challenge is that we are a little self centered. We look at ourselves little knowing that what seems to be out of us can injure us. External forces have effects on your well being. So when you watch it and let it rule, it injures you as well.
As a believer you have authority to do something. The spirit of anything, stealing, crying, murder, witches and wizards, don’t let it rule. Command it away from your area. The witches and wizards that built around you, cast them away from your area.
You take Holy water and pray:
As a human of the LORD, I refuse witchcraft in this area. As a human of the LORD, I anoint this ground with Holy water and I refuse witchcraft in this area.
As simple as that. The Angels will take it up because as a human of the LORD you have declared with authority.
But you are watching and crying at it as if you are helpless. You are not helpless. You have authority. You can use your authority because Jesus Christ is in you and with you.
It is very important for Him to be in you and with you. If He is not in you, when challenges come your way, you ask yourself so many questions. Because the inner person in you has not told you that the One in you is Greater than those around you. You are looking for external help before turning to God. You first exhaust other things then turn to God. That is dangerous.
Turn to God before you go for other things. People think turning to God is ignoring everything. When you are sick pray to God to heal you and if need be lead your feet to the right place for treatment because it does not necessarily substitute professional help.
These are things He puts in your means. But you first pray before you go. Because if you just go, you may end up in the hands of the evil one. And when there is no need, when you ask Him to intervene it goes.
A doctor will tell you I treat God heals. A lawyer will tell you, I defend, but God gives you victory.
In it all God has a part, what you can do for yourself, do it, and let the LORD accomplish the good work He has begun in you.
Believer’s Authority is the force that will help you remove the obstacles standing before you everyday. Practice the simple way. Do notary to look for so many complicated ways.
Go in your compound, look in the sky and pray: LORD I refuse sickness in this house.
Do not say: LORD, stop sickness in this house. Is he the One who has brought it?
That is why we use weapons of faith. You hold Holy slat in your hands and pray: In the spiritual world salt is used for preserving. You are the salt of the earth, meaning: you are the one who preserves the Glory of God on earth.
You hold Holy Salt as an act of faith and say,
LORD Jesus Christ by the Power and authority you have given me let Your Glory be preserved in this house. In this home, preserve good health, preserve peace. I refuse witchcraft to touch this ground, I refuse it in this space. In the Name of Jesus Christ.
After praying, you sprinkle it. LORD, preserve my prayers.
Evoke the authority at any time using words of faith.
In the Name of Jesus Chrisy, it means by the Power of Jesus Christ. You are invoking the Power He has given you. You have switched on the Divine Power from the Highest of Heaven. When you say in the Name of Jesus Christ, it is like putting on a switch for a bigger light.
It is not like you are calling Him to do it for you. He is a King, glorify Him. Thank Him always but invoke the Power in the Name He has given you. In authority, make things happen.
In your workplace, invoke the authority and say in the Name of Jesus Christ I claim this money today in this business.
If you have been earning in millions, do not call billions of money, your capital is 3 million and you are claiming billions? That is testing God. you can add one million.
May the Angels concerning my business, move and call it to happen. Angels concerning my money, move now and overcome all the powers of witchcraft in this place. Overcome all the powers of witches and witches and bring me 3 million today. When you increase, and it has worked out, you go to 5 million, 7 million. Do it according to the capital you have in stock.
What they mean to be true, when you are praying to God the spirit of truth will help you do what is true, realistic.
“O LORD I have no job, make me the president of this country today.” It is like making jest of God’s Word. Go into what is realistic. But not limiting your faith as well.
The boldness in your faith matters but it requires being true.
“O LORD, I want to go to America today.” yet you have no job.
When you find those yearning for marriage, you find them with photos praying for an answer now. They will not mind whether they are compatible or not.
It is very good to be realistic. That is being true. Take authority with the sense of truth.
May the Holy Spirit teach you more. Bolden your authority. In the Name of Jesus Christ, the Son of the Most High God.
