For years, he inspired countless individuals to embrace healthier lifestyles. Yet, his journey took an unexpected turn when a mysterious and devastating illness struck him, leaving him clinging to life. This is the testimony of Dunstan….
Sim’s health deteriorated rapidly. “Time came, and I could not even stand by myself like I’m standing now. I was always supported to stand,” he narrates to us.
Once known for his strength and vitality, coach Sim found himself bedridden, losing weight significantly, his skin pale, and his mind clouded.
“I could see like this, but I could not understand. Time came, and I could not understand anything.”, Coach Sim reported. The situation worsened, and he slipped into a coma. Medical professionals gave grim predictions, with one doctor stating that it could take “six to seven months” for him to regain consciousness, if at all.
Friends and family, accepting of what was to come, began preparing for his burial. “Relatives had already confirmed that he would die,” Sim testified.
But his church community had witnessed God’s healing grace at Holy City Entebbe, under the spiritual guidance of Bro. Ronnie Makabai. They decided to take a step of faith, bringing Sim to church despite his condition.
“We have seen cancer healed in this ministry. We have seen AIDS healed. We have seen sickness and diseases beyond medical cure healed in this ministry,” shared one of Coach Sim’s friends.
What followed was nothing short of miraculous as Brother Ronnie Makabai stretched out his hand and prayed fervently for Coach and the atmosphere around him shifted.
“Ladies and gentlemen, English is not enough to describe the magnitude of the God Bro. Ronnie serves,” Sim friend declared. “The healing of Jesus Christ took over.”
Soon after, Sim regained consciousness, a moment that left his loved ones in awe. He recalled, “I began thanking God and saying, ‘Thank you, God, because my brother has come back to life.’” His friend continues to tell the story.
Not only did Sim regain his strength, but he also experienced a complete transformation, returning to the fitness enthusiast he was known for.
“Ever since then, I’ve never felt weak,” Sim testified. “I even went back to the gym, my exercise, my daily routine. I’m eating right now. I sleep well. The mess I was in, the Holy Spirit delivered me from it.”
Now, standing before his church family, Coach Sim shines with gratitude and faith. Coach Sim’s story is a powerful testament to the miraculous power of faith and the unwavering support of a community bound by love and belief in God’s power.
His recovery has reignited hope and inspired countless individuals to trust in the Lord, no matter how tough the situation may seem.
