In a powerful display of faith and determination, born-again Christians from Holy City Entebbe, under the guidance of Bro Ronnie Ministries and led by Bro Ronnie Makabai, took to the streets of Kampala City Center today, June 1st, 2024. Their mission is to call upon Ugandans to turn away from witchcraft and embrace repentance, seeking God’s forgiveness and lifting curses from the nation.
Amidst the bustling streets of Kampala City Center, believers marched with fervor, carrying banners and signs of repentance and redemption. Bro Ronnie Makabai, a prominent figure in the evangelical community, led the procession, his voice, name, and image echoing through the streets as they called upon fellow countrymen and women to renounce the practice of witchcraft and turn to God.
Highlighting the urgency of their message, Bro Ronnie Makabai unveiled through representatives a bold gesture aimed at capturing the attention of all Ugandans. A helicopter adorned with the words “Uganda Repent” hovered above the city skyline, a stark reminder of the need for spiritual awakening and national repentance. The message was clear: God’s displeasure with the prevalence of witchcraft in Uganda must not be ignored.
Speaking to reporters, representatives emphasized the significance of their march as Uganda prepares to commemorate Martyrs Day on June 3rd. They stressed the importance of using this time to reflect on the nation’s spiritual state and to seek forgiveness for the sins of witchcraft that have plagued the land.
“Our walk today is a declaration of our faith and our determination to see Uganda transformed,” Bro Ronnie declared. “As we approach Martyrs Day, let us not forget the sacrifices made by those who stood firm in their faith. It is time for us to repent and turn away from the darkness of witchcraft.”
The culmination of this spiritual campaign will be an overnight prayer vigil at Holy City Entebbe on June 2nd-3rd. Bro Ronnie Makabai urged all believers to join together in earnest prayer, seeking God’s mercy and forgiveness for the sins of witchcraft that have tainted the nation.
